How you have been completely misled by the sugar industry about obesity and Heart disease.

      Have you ever thought of losing some weight by proper dieting and eating fat free protein bars, fat free cereal and what not and said to yourself " Hey, if I avoid fat and eat fat free food and control the calorie intake I can shave that extra weight off" then you have fallen victim to the sugar industries, that by their years of campaigning have convinced the you successfully that sugar doesn't cause obesity.              Instead the sugar misled the public in thinking that fat was responsible.
